Mindful moment for grades 3–5

Use this screen to guide a short mindfulness break after recess, before a test, or any time your class needs to reset. Students will see a calming background, a timer showing how long to focus, clear steps to follow, and a noise meter to help keep the room quiet.

The checklist walks students through simple breathing or focus exercises. The visual timer helps everyone know how much time is left, and the noise meter encourages a peaceful atmosphere.
