Screen recorder
Record a lesson, then make students answer it
Record your screen and voice — a slide deck, a worked problem, a website — or yourself on camera. Cut the start and end, add questions at the right moments, and see who watched and what they understood.
- Screen or camera, with your voice

- Free for teachers

What is the Edform screen recorder?
The screen recorder is part of Edform's video lessons. When you start a new video lesson, choose Record and pick Screen + microphone or Camera + microphone; the recording happens in your browser and is saved to your account, with nothing to install. Then it becomes a normal video lesson: cut the start and end, add questions of any type and notes at any moment, and give it to students. The video stops at every question, skipping ahead can be turned off, and the report shows each student's answers and how much of the video they watched.

Yes. Choose Screen + microphone. Choose Camera + microphone to record yourself instead.
Can I add questions to a recording?

Can I also use YouTube videos?
Yes. Video lessons work with YouTube and Vimeo links, uploaded videos and screen recordings.
