Stopwatch
The classroom stopwatch widget is a simple tool that counts up from zero and lets you record lap times. It is easy to start, pause, and reset, so you can keep track of time during any classroom activity.
Teachers use the stopwatch for timed races, reading fluency checks, science experiments, or any lesson where you need to measure and compare elapsed time. The lap feature lets you track multiple rounds or group performances easily.
Ways teachers use it
- Time student relay races in PE or recess and record each team's lap times.
- Track how long it takes students to read a passage during fluency practice.
- Measure reaction times or changes during science experiments.
