Questions and answers
Is Basic really free?
Yes. Basic is free forever, with no credit card and no time limit.
What are AI points?
Every AI action uses points: creating a lesson plan, quiz, slide deck or any other AI result, or changing one, uses 1 point. Changing a single quiz question uses 0.1 point. Basic gets 5 points a month and Pro gets 300. Points start fresh on the 1st of every month; unused points don't carry over. If something goes wrong and nothing is created, you get the point back.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan and billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move back to Basic. Nothing you made is deleted.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only how often you pay. The price per month is the same: yearly is one payment for 12 months, monthly is charged every month. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
How do school seats work?
Buy seats for 5 or more teachers and invite them by email. Each teacher who joins gets Pro. You can take a seat back and give it to someone else at any time, and add seats when you need them.
How can I pay?
By card and other local payment methods through Stripe, in US dollars, euros or pounds. Stripe stores your card details, not Edform.
