Share your invite link
Step 1: Open “Invite teachers”
In the sidebar, under “School & community”, click “Invite teachers”.
Step 2: Copy your link
Under “Your invite link” click “Copy link”. On a phone, “Share” opens your phone's share options.
Step 3: Share it on social media
Under “Share it” post the link with one tap to WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Telegram, or send it from your own email app with “Email”.
Invite by email from Edform
Step 1: Confirm your email first
Edform sends invitations only from accounts with a confirmed email address. You can always share your link.
Step 2: Paste the addresses and click “Send invites”
Under “Invite by email” paste up to 20 addresses, separated by commas or new lines. People already on Edform or invited in the last week are skipped.
See who joined
Step 1: Check “Who joined”
Each teacher shows “Waiting for email confirmation” until they confirm, then the Pro you both got. Addresses you emailed are listed under “Invited by email”.
Step 2: See your free Pro
At the top, “Teachers joined” and “Pro you earned” show your total and how long your free Pro lasts. You can earn up to 52 weeks.
Adding teachers to your school
Your invite link is for teachers who are new to Edform. To give colleagues a seat in your school plan, invite them from your school's page instead (see the school plan guide).
Questions
What do we get?
One week of Pro for you and one week for the new teacher, once they confirm their email. Every feature is currently free for everyone either way.
Does it count if they sign up later?
Yes, if they sign up within 30 days after opening your link in the same browser. Teachers you invited by email also count when they sign up with that address.
Can I invite students?
No. Invites count only for new teacher accounts.
