Possible answersDear JackI was sorry to hear you are having trouble keeping up with new technology. You might consider asking your boss to provide training for you and the department. You may have to be prepared to attend and pay for a course privately too but you might consider asking colleagues for some support, If it appears to be a problem for more colleagues, there's always the possibility of talking about the issue in a department meeting and establishing the extent of the problem so that adequate training can be provided.Hope that helps.Best wishesAmy
